Browse White Granite Slabs

White granite brings the natural beauty and elegance of stone to a bright white granite kitchen or bathroom. Granite is rarely pure white. Most white granite colors show a white or off-white background with gray or rich silver veining, dark specks or warm beige tones, and every slab has its own movement and variation. These popular white granite colors are part of the selection of granite in our granite colors and slabs catalog.

River White Granite

River White usually shows a creamy off-white background with soft gray veining and small dark red flecks. Compared to other white granites, its pattern flows softly across the slab, so it suits a large island or a long kitchen run. It pairs well with white cabinets and stainless steel appliances, and it suits homeowners who want white countertops with warmth.

Viscon White Granite

Viscon White usually shows a white or gray background with darker gray veining and black speckles. It sits closer to gray granite, with bolder contrast than River White, and works well in modern kitchen designs and bathroom vanities.
We work with a range of granite slabs, and availability changes, so we confirm your slab before you order.

View the Actual Slab and Discuss Your Layout

Natural granite varies from slab to slab, even among white slabs of the same color, so a photo or a small sample never shows the full pattern. Before you order, we send photos of the actual slab for your project.

Ask us about a sample piece or seeing the slab in person, and we confirm what is available. We can hold your slab free for two weeks, and a special-order slab takes about a month.

We plan the layout around the veining with you, so the best part of the slab lands on the island or by the sink, and the seams fall where they are least visible.

Pros and Cons of White Granite Countertops

Pros

  • Natural beauty. Each white granite slab is one of a kind, with real color and veining that adds value to your home.
  • Durability. Granite is one of the hardest natural stones, known for its strength, and it suits high-traffic areas in kitchens and bathrooms.
  • Good with heat. Granite is resistant to heat and handles hot pans well, though a trivet still protects the stone and the sealer.

Cons

  • Sealing. Light granite has larger and more open pores than dark granite, so a granite sealer about once a year helps form a barrier against stains.
  • Shows spills. Coffee, wine and oil stand out on a white background, so wipe them up promptly with mild detergent and water.
  • Variation. No two slabs match exactly, so pick your actual slab before we cut
